Ingredients:
Scramble:
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup cottage cheese
- Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 toast (we used gluten-free)
Garden Topping:
- Sliced green onion
- Chopped kale
- Chopped tomato
- Chopped cucumber
- Drizzle of olive oil
- Drizzle of rice vinegar
- Pinch of salt
Yogurt Bowl:
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 scoop Beeya seed cycling blends
- Handful of fresh fruit (berries, banana, apple, etc.)
Instructions:
- Blend the eggs in a blender until smooth. Then, cook them in a pan with olive oil until done.
- Top the toast with your scrambled eggs.
- Stir together the garden salad ingredients and place on top of the egg toast.
- Assemble the yogurt bowl on the side by mixing the Greek yogurt with Beeya seed cycling blends and topping it with fresh fruit.
