Dill Pickle Protein Dip

A snack obsession you’ll have on repeat for a very long time!

Serves: 2-3 portions

Prep time: 5 mins


Ingredients:

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt 
  • 1 Tbsp mayonnaise (we used avocado oil mayo)
  • ¼ cup dill pickles, finely diced
  • 1 Tbsp dill pickle juice
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp chives, chopped
  • sea salt + pepper

Steps:

  1. Stir everything together and enjoy it with something crunchy like almond flour crackers, chopped veggies, or tortilla chips. We sprinkled our daily beeya on top and it made for an even more nourishing snack!
