Ingredients:

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 Persian cucumber, sliced
  • ½ cup coconut water

  • 2 limes, juiced
  • 2 tsp honey
  • Mint leaves
  • ½ tsp of sea salt

Instructions:

  3. Freeze: Place the popsicle molds in the freezer for at least 4 hours or until fully frozen.
