Cottage Pesto Toast Recipe

 A toast like this one is great for a case of the hungries - it’s high protein, fiber, and healthy fats.

Prep time: 5 mins


  • 1 gluten-free or Ezekiel toast
  • a handful of arugula
  • 1/4 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 tsp pesto
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 3 sliced cherry tomatoes - optional
  • a pinch of sea salt
  • 1/2-1 scoop beeya


  1. Scatter some arugula on the toast then spread the cottage cheese out over top.
  2. Swirl the pesto into the cottage cheese and drizzle with olive oil.
  3. Top with the cherry tomatoes, sea salt and your daily scoop of beeya for a nourishing snack.
