Not because it’s not delicious, but because the combination of fats and refined sugar can be deadly when consumed often over the long-term.

5-Min Protein Packed Ice Cream
Makes: 1 large serving
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Bake Time: None
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup 2% or full-fat cottage cheese
- 1 cup frozen fruit blend of choice
- Maple syrup (optional, to taste)
- Splash of milk or juice
- 2 Tbsp dark chocolate chips
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 1 scoop beeya seed cycling blends (optional topping)
Instructions:
- Blend the Base: In a mini food processor or high-speed blender, combine the cottage cheese and frozen fruit. Blend until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed. It might look dry at first, but it will come together. Add a splash of milk or juice to help it blend, if needed.
- Sweeten to Taste: Taste the mixture and add a drizzle of maple syrup if you'd like it sweeter.
- Scoop + Smooth: Transfer the mixture back into the empty cottage cheese cup or a small bowl and smooth the top. (You’ll have some extra—snack on it or save for a mini second serving!)
- Melt the Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate and coconut oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until melted and smooth.
- Top + Sprinkle: Spoon the melted chocolate over the top of the sorbet—it will harden quickly. Sprinkle with beeya seed cycling blend.
- Freeze + Crack: Freeze for 10–20 minutes until the chocolate shell is fully set but the sorbet is still creamy. Crack the top and dig in!
