Bryan Johnson's Superfood Pudding Recipe

If you’ve been following Bryan Johnson’s health journey, you might have heard of his famous "Nutty Superfood Pudding" from his Netflix series, Don’t Die. Packed with superfoods, this pudding is a key part of his daily routine.

We decided to try his amazing pudding and make it for the girlies by adding our seed cycling blends for hormonal support.

Superfood Pudding

Makes: 1 serving

Ingredients:

  • ⅓ cup Macadamia Nut Milk (adjust for consistency)
  • 3 Tbsp finely chopped macadamia nuts
  • 2 tsp finely chopped walnuts
  • 1 scoop of beeya seed cycling blends
  • 2 Tbsp chia seeds
  • ¼  piece of brazil nut
  • 1 Tbsp dark chocolate or cacao powder
  • ½  tsp ceylon cinnamon
  • ½  cup blueberries, raspberries, or strawberries (frozen works)
  • 3 cherries, pitted (frozen works)
  • ¼ cup pomegranate juice
  • 1 Tbsp Manuka honey (optional)
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Blend it Up: Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth.
  2. Garnish and Enjoy: Pour into a bowl, garnish, and enjoy. We garnished with an extra sprinkle of beeya and a handful of pomegranate arils.
