Big Mac Salad Recipe

Keep your summer meals easy and satisfying with this nutritious, delicious, and hormone-friendly salad.

Say hello to summer in a bowl. This Big Mac Salad is a satisfying, hormone-nourishing way to enjoy classic burger flavors It combines all our go-to toppings with the juicy, savory goodness of a beef patty topped with a homemade Big Mac Sauce.

By opting for grass-fed beef, you’ll get a protein that’s higher in omega-3 fatty acids, which can help reduce inflammation and support hormone health. With a scoop of beeya seeds, you’ll get even more healthy fats and so many other powerful nutrients.

Sprinkling beeya on your salads is an effortless way to nourish your hormones. Seed cycling can help to naturally support more balanced hormones and reduce symptoms like cramps, bloating, fatigue, insomnia, acne, hot flashes and more. The best part is that we've made it easy with just one ready-to-eat scoop per day. Check it out and read reviews from the thousands of women seed cycling with beeya here.

Makes: 1 portion
Prep Time: 15 mins
Cook Time: 5 mins

  • romaine lettuce, chopped
  • red onions, thinly sliced
  • tomato, chopped
  • 1 burger patty (we made our own using grass-fed ground beef, simply seasoned with sea salt and pepper)
  • beeya seed cycling blends (optional)
  • shredded cheese (optional – we used a goat milk gouda)

  • 3 Tbsp avocado oil mayo
  • 2 Tbsp pickle relish
  • 1 tsp yellow mustard
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • sea salt & pepper to taste

  1. Prepare the Salad: In a large salad bowl, combine chopped romaine lettuce, thinly sliced red onions, and tomatoes.
  2. Cook the Burger: In a skillet, cook the grass-fed burger patty until it reaches your desired level of doneness. Once cooked, chop it into bite-sized pieces. Alternatively, you can brown the ground burger meat in crumbles and sprinkle over the salad like that.
  3. Make the Dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together avocado oil mayo, pickle relish, yellow mustard, smoked paprika, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, maple syrup, olive oil, sea salt, and pepper.
  4. Assemble the Salad: Add the chopped burger patty to the salad bowl. Drizzle with the dressing and toss to combine.
  5. Top with Optional Ingredients: Sprinkle beeya seed cycling blends and shredded cheddar cheese, if using. Serve and enjoy!

To keep this recipe vegetarian, simply substitute the burger patty with a black bean burger. It’s just as delicious and still packed with protein!
