Ingredients:
- 2 Tbsp melted dark chocolate
- 1 Tbsp peanut butter
- 2 thin rice cakes
- 1 scoop beeya
- 1/2 chocolate protein powder
Steps:
- Stir together the melted dark chocolate and peanut butter.
- Crumble the rice cakes and toss into the chocolate along with your beeya seeds. Toss to coat and drop small clusters onto a parchment paper.
- Allow the chocolate clusters to set slightly and become tacky before the next step. You can transfer them to the fridge for a couple minutes to speed this up.
- Sprinkle the chocolate clusters with chocolate or vanilla protein powder and toss to coat. Enjoy your hormone healthy muddy buddies!
