- 1 scoop beeya, either phase
- 1 tsp everything but the bagel seasoning (we used trader joe’s)
- a toasted gluten free bagel
- Greek yogurt (or cream cheese plant-based like Kitehill is great)
- Cured salmon
- Sliced scallions
- Just combine some “everything but the bagel seasoning” together with your current phase of beeya and sprinkle it on top of savory things like the lox bagel we made or perhaps an omelet or hummus.
- If you can’t find a good ready-made “everything but the bagel seasoning” you can make your own like this: Combine ½ tsp garlic powder, ½ tsp onion powder, ½ tsp fine sea salt, ½ tsp poppy seeds, then add it with some beeya.
