Banana Split Breakfast Recipe

Start or end your day with this delightfully healthy version of a Banana Split.

Prep time: 5 mins

Ingredients:

  • 1 banana, sliced in half
  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt (we made our own by mixing vanilla extract with plain yogurt and a drizzle of maple)
  • a handful of mixed berries
  • your favorite granola
  • beeya

Steps:

  1. Spread the yogurt out on a plate then top with the banana halves.
  2. Top with mixed berries, beeya, and your favorite granola and enjoy your balanced breakfast! You can also add some chopped dark chocolate to turn it into a healthy dessert.
