Banana Split Breakfast Recipe
Start or end your day with this delightfully healthy version of a Banana Split.
Serves: 1
Prep time: 5 mins
Ingredients:
- 1 banana, sliced in half
- 1 cup vanilla yogurt (we made our own by mixing vanilla extract with plain yogurt and a drizzle of maple)
- a handful of mixed berries
- your favorite granola
- beeya
Steps:
- Spread the yogurt out on a plate then top with the banana halves.
- Top with mixed berries, beeya, and your favorite granola and enjoy your balanced breakfast! You can also add some chopped dark chocolate to turn it into a healthy dessert.
