Banana Nut Protein Smoothie Recipe
A classic combo but with some upgrades for a fully nourishing smoothie.
Prep time: 4 mins
- 1 frozen banana, sliced
- 1 scoop vanilla protein or collagen
- 1 Tbsp nut butter, we used almond and cashew butter
- 1 scoop beeya
- ¼ cup frozen cauliflower rice
- 1 cup milk of choice, we used almond milk
- Toss everything in a blender and mix until smooth. If you want to garnish your smoothie you can top it with some slices of banana, extra nut butter and a sprinkle of beeya.
