Avocado & Egg Toast

Prep time: 7 minutes

Ingredients: 

  • 1 piece of your favorite toast
  • ½ avocado, mashed
  • 1 soft boiled egg 
  • ½ tsp of chili oil
  • 1 scoop of beeya - either phase works
  • A sprinkle of himalayan salt

Steps:

  1. Spread the mashed avocado over the toast.

  2. Split your egg and lay it on top of the avocado (Tip: for medium soft boiled eggs try boiling them for about 6 ½ minutes).

  3. Drizzle the toast with chili oil, sprinkle with beeya seeds and season with a bit of salt.
