Prep time: 7 minutes
- 1 piece of your favorite toast
- ½ avocado, mashed
- 1 soft boiled egg
- ½ tsp of chili oil
- 1 scoop of beeya - either phase works
- A sprinkle of himalayan salt
Spread the mashed avocado over the toast.
Split your egg and lay it on top of the avocado (Tip: for medium soft boiled eggs try boiling them for about 6 ½ minutes).
Drizzle the toast with chili oil, sprinkle with beeya seeds and season with a bit of salt.
