Ingredients:
- ½ ripe avocado, mashed
- ⅓ cup oats flour
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
- 1 Tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 Tbsp honey or maple syrup
- ¼ cup milk of choice
- 1 Tbsp chocolate chunks or chips
- ½ tsp baking powder

Instructions:
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F and lightly grease a small ramekin or oven-safe dish.
- Mix the Ingredients: Toss the ingredients in a blender (or food processor, or use a hand immersion blender) and mix the oat flour, chocolate protein powder, cocoa powder, honey, milk, until smooth.
- Add Chocolate Chunks: Fold in the chocolate chunks and baking powder. Save a few chocolate chunks for topping if desired.
- Bake: Pour the mixture into your baking dish and bake for 20 minutes, or until set.
