Autumn Aperol Mocktail Recipe

A delightful fall version of everyone’s summer favorite.

For Sober October, we wanted to crack the code on the perfect autumn-inspired aperol with a hormone-friendly bitter syrup and all our favorite fall flavors. This beeyavibe magnesium mocktail is our current obsession. You could say it’s the vibe of the season...

How alcohol ruins the vibe

Alcohol can throw a wrench in your vibe by disrupting sleep patterns, leading to fatigue and brain fog. It can mess with your energy levels, making you feel sluggish, and impact your mood and focus, leaving you less than your best self. Plus, alcohol can interfere with hormone balance, causing fluctuations that nobody needs during the busy fall months.

Raise the vibe with magnesium mocktails

On the flip side, magnesium is your secret weapon for replenishing what alcohol takes away. We crafted our unique triple magnesium blend especially for women to support less PMS symptoms, boost energy, enhance mood, promote relaxation and support deep sleep. With our magnesium-rich Autumn Aperol Mocktail, you can nourish your body and feel your best, all while enjoying the cozy flavors of fall.

Makes: 1 drink
Prep Time: 10 mins
Cook Time: none

Ingredients:

Syrup:

  • 1/2 orange, juiced and keep peel
  • 2 grapefruits, juiced and keep peel
  • 2 sprigs fresh rosemary (extra as garnish)
  • 2 Tbsp pomegranate juice
  • 1 Tbsp honey

Mocktail:

  • 1 scoop beeyavibe magnesium
  • 1 cup apple cider
  • 1/2 cup ginger kombucha or sparkling water
  • cinnamon & coconut sugar (for rim)
  • cinnamon stick (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Make the syrup: In a small saucepan, combine orange peel, orange juice, grapefruit juice, grapefruit peel, rosemary, pomegranate juice, and honey (dice the peels for maximum bitter notes). Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 15 minutes. Remove from heat and let it cool. Strain the syrup to remove solids.
  2. Prepare the glass: Rim your glass with cinnamon coconut sugar by dipping it in a bit of the aperol syrup before rolling it in the sugar.
  3. Mix the drink: In a shaker, combine the apple cider, 2 tablespoons of aperol syrup, and a scoop of beeyavibe. Shake to combine.
  4. Serve: Pour the mixture into the prepared glass with ice, top with ginger kombucha or sparkling water, garnish with a cinnamon stick and a sprig of fresh rosemary.
