Asparagus Radish Salad Recipe
Fresh and light salad with a boost of hormone healthy fats.

Ingredients:
- 1 cup easter egg radishes, sliced thin
- 1 bundle purple asparagus, shredded with a vegetable peeler
- 1 cup corn
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 4 mint leaves, chopped
- 2 tbsp EVOO
- 2 scoops beeya seeds
- ½ avocado sliced
