Apple Cider Margarita Mocktail

Cozy fall vibes meet nourishing magnesium in this festive mocktail.

Apple cider margaritas are everywhere this fall — but most of them are loaded with alcohol and sugar. We gave ours a cozy, nourishing twist that feels just as festive, but actually supports your body. This Apple Cider Magnesium Margarita is crisp, spiced, and fizzed up with ginger kombucha for a little sparkle. Plus, it’s made with beeyavibe magnesium powder to help you hydrate, relax, and feel good the next day. Think of it as the kind of mocktail that’s perfect for sipping with friends or winding down after a busy day, all fall long.

Ingredients:

Rim

  • 1 Tbsp coconut or date sugar
  • 1/8 tsp cinnamon
  • Dash of cayenne or chili flakes
  • Orange wedge

Mocktail

  • 1/2 cup apple cider (unfiltered)
  • 2 Tbsp fresh orange juice
  • 1 Tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1-inch fresh ginger root, microplaned
  • 1 scoop beeyavibe magnesium powder
  • Ginger kombucha, to top

Garnish

  • Apple slices
  • Star anise or cinnamon stick
  • Sage or rosemary

Instructions

  1. Prep the Rim: Mix sugar, cinnamon, and cayenne on a plate. Rub an orange wedge around the rim of your glass, then dip into the mixture.
  2. Mix: In a shaker or jar, combine apple cider, orange juice, lime juice, finely grated ginger, and beeyavibe. Shake or stir until the magnesium is fully dissolved.
  3. Pour: Fill the rimmed glass with ice, pour the mixture in through a fine mesh strainer, and top with ginger kombucha.
  4. Garnish: Add apple slices, a cinnamon stick, and some fresh sage for that cozy fall feel.
