Ingredients:
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
- 10 fresh mint leaves
- 2 Tbsp maple syrup
- 6 strawberries, sliced
- crushed ice
- ½ cup kombucha, we used ginger flavored
- sparkling water
Instructions:
- Add the lime wedges, mint leaves, maple syrup, and strawberries slices to a thick bottomed glass or shaker.
- Muddle until the strawberries and limes have released their juices, and the strawberries are well mashed.
- Divide the strawberry mint mixture between two glasses. Fill the glasses with ice. Then divide the kombucha between the two glasses and top each one off with sparkling water. Garnish with extra mint and strawberries as desired.
Note:
