Adrenal Rescue Mocktail Recipe

Feeling depleted? Give your adrenals a boost of minerals (which can actually be depleted by stress) with this delicious mocktail.


With coconut water for potassium, lime for vitamin C and other minerals, plus salt to round out the electrolytes, this combo makes all the hydration more absorbable. One scoop of our triple-blend magnesium adds a subtle sweetness while supporting hydration, a healthy stress response, energy and mental clarity.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup water, still or sparkling
  • ½ cup coconut water
  • 1 scoop beeyavibe magnesium
  • ½ lime, juiced
  • a pinch of sea salt

Instructions:

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a glass and stir to dissolve, enjoy!

Note:

Opt for sea salt or Himalayan salt to maximize the mineral benefits. And customize by adding mint springs or sub lime with other vitamin C-rich options like camu-camu powder, grapefruit, or tart cherry juice. Get creative!
