Ingredients:

Mousse:

  • 1 Tbsp gelatin (we used grass-fed)
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 3 Tbsp cacao powder
  • 2 Tbsp maple syrup

Toppings:

Instructions:

  1. Bloom: Pour ½ cup water into a bowl and sprinkle gelatin over the top. Let rest for a few minutes until the gelatin absorbs the water.
  2. Blend: Combine bloomed gelatin, Greek yogurt, cacao powder, and maple syrup in a blender. Blend until smooth.
  3. Chill: Pour into a glass or jar and refrigerate for 2 hours, or until set.
  4. Serve: Top with a dusting of cocoa powder, a scoop of beeya seed cycling blends, and fresh raspberries.
