Organic Flax Seeds
Flax seeds are packed with omega-3s, lignans, magnesium, and fiber. These tiny but mighty seeds contain phytoestrogens that have a modulating effect on estrogen imbalance, which is common in PMS. The fiber in flax also supports a healthy gut microbiome, regulates stool frequency, and supports healthy blood sugar and insulin (critical factors in healthy menstrual cycles).
